Remote Team Lead (with English and Portuguese languages)

What is the Customer Support Department in IQ Option?

It is a large, professional team of Customer Support specialists. We speak 20 languages and help our users to understand all the peculiarities of trading. And now we are looking for a future teammate who will make our customer service even better.

You will work in 5\2 schedule (13:30 - 22:00, GMT+3, Moscow time. Weekends are not fixed)

Chats serve as our main communication channel on the platform. Our customers ask us a variety of questions starting from trading up to movie recommendations.

As Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team up to 15 specialists;
  • Coordinating of the remote agent's work: training, adapting and motivating newcomers;
  • Controlling work quality, internal monitoring (calculating indicators, measuring level of customer satisfaction);
  • Implementing initiatives for improving work quality of Support in LatAm;
  • Interact with teammates from other teams on platform improvement issues in LatAm;
  • Quickly provide statistics and feedback on clients' problems in the region.
Requirements:
  • Managerial experience ;
  • Willing to lead people;
  • Confident PC skills;
  • High level of English ( В2 - Upper Intermediate or higher) and Portuguese ( C1 or higher);
  • Good communication and psychological skills;
  • Stress resistance.

What about payment?
The payment is up to 1584 euro per month: we pay 1254 euro as a basic payment and an extra payment after the first three months - up to 330 euro.
