Remote Supervisor (with English and Portuguese languages)

What is the Customer Support Department in IQ Option?

It is a large, professional team of Customer Support specialists. We speak 20 languages and help our users to understand all the peculiarities of trading. And now we are looking for a future colleague who will make our customer service even better.

You will work in 5\2 schedule (4:30pm - 01:00am, GMT+3, Moscow time. Weekends are not fixed)

Chats serve as our main communication channel on the platform. Our customers ask us a variety of questions starting from trading up to movie recommendations.

As Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing a team up to 15 specialists;
  • Coordinating of the remote agent's work: training, adapting and motivating new employees;
  • Controlling work quality, internal monitoring (calculating indicators, measuring level of customer satisfaction);
  • Implementing initiatives for improving work quality of Support in LatAm region;
  • Interact with employees from other teams on platform improvement issues in LatAm region;
  • Quickly provide statistics and feedback on clients' problems in the region.
Requirements::
  • Managerial experience ;
  • Willing to lead people;
  • Confident PC skills;
  • High level of English ( В2 - Upper Intermediate or higher) and Portuguese ( C1 or higher);
  • Good communication and psychological skills;
  • Stress resistance.

What about payment?
The salary is up to 1468 euro per month after the probation period: we pay 924 euro as a basic salary net and a bonus part after probation period - up to 544 euro net (full time job ~ 165 hours per month)
